Smoke & Silk

An Infused High Society Dinner Experience

By Chef Maverick Kelly

Black tie. Silk. Smoke. An evening of bold flavor and elevated indulgence.

Smoke & Silk is a private Caribbean-Asian fusion dining experience coming to Las Vegas during MJBizCon week. Join celebrity private chef and Chopped 420 finalist Chef Maverick Kelly for an intimate evening where artfully plated cuisine, cannabis terpene and flavor pairings, and THC & CBD infusions come together in a thoughtfully styled setting.

Expect black silk, emerald accents, warm gold, candlelight, and a reason to dress exceptionally well.

A Taste of What’s Coming

The preliminary menu explores dishes including wagyu on a plantain crisp, Korean BBQ oyster mushroom mini tacos, compressed watermelon salad, and coconut miso bisque.

The main-course direction features Suya-spiced whole red snapper with rice and peas and coconut carrots, with a vegan braised “oxtail” alternative. For a sweet finish: spiced rum cake with sweet plantain foster, pandan coconut cream, and pecan crumble.

A handcrafted mocktail collection brings another layer to the experience, with flavors including Lychee Rose Essence, Velvet Soursop Colada, Golden Tamarind Mule, Yuzu Silk Drop, Passion Mint Elixir, and Guava Cane Refresher. An optional mocktail pairing experience is planned.

The menu and course count are still being refined as we develop the full evening.
