Hosted by High Society Table, Smoke & Silk is a luxury 5-course tasting experience blending Caribbean, Asian, and global fusion influences through bold flavors, refined presentation, and thoughtfully layered technique. Designed to engage all the senses, each course is intentionally curated to create a progression of flavor, atmosphere, and experience from beginning to end.

This intimate evening will feature both vegan and omnivore offerings, handcrafted mocktails, curated infusion options, elevated presentation, immersive ambiance, and a fashion-forward atmosphere in a private Las Vegas setting.

A Food Network Chopped 420 finalist and founder of Mav Sauce and Mav Snacks, she brings over 20 years of culinary experience and a signature style rooted in bold flavor, refined execution, and immersive culinary storytelling. Smoke & Silk marks her official Las Vegas dining debut.

Velvet Soursop Colada

A smooth, tropical blend of soursop and pineapple with rich coconut cream and fresh lime. Creamy, refreshing, and indulgent.

Golden Tamarind Mule

A bright and tangy fusion of pineapple and tamarind, finished with ginger beer and lime for a crisp, slightly spiced finish.

Yuzu Silk Drop

A clean, citrus-forward profile featuring yuzu and lemon, lightly sweetened with agave and finished with aromatic citrus zest.

Passion Mint Elixir

A refreshing blend of passionfruit, fresh mint, and lime, topped with sparkling soda for a vibrant, herbaceous finish.

Lychee Rose Essence

Delicate and floral, this elegant mocktail combines lychee and rose with a touch of lemon and sparkling water for a light, aromatic experience.

Guava Cane Refresher

A naturally sweet and refreshing blend of guava and fresh sugarcane, balanced with lime and mint for a smooth, tropical finish.

Mocktail Pairing Experience – $65

Includes 5 curated tasting pours intentionally paired with each course throughout the evening.

Signature Mocktails – $20

Guests may also purchase individual handcrafted mocktails during the experience.


Infusion Experience

Each course features intentional cannabis infusion pairings designed to complement and elevate the dining experience through layered flavor, aroma, and effect.

Guests may select between:

  • Standard Microdose Experience - $225 Per Person

  • Elevated Dose Experience Upgrade- $275 Per Person

Infusions are thoughtfully curated to enhance the progression of the evening while maintaining balance throughout the experience.
